Bohunt School offers fantastic musical opportunities to all students through expert tuition from external specialists. We offer a wide range of practical lessons during the school week on a rotating timetable. Students taking music lessons take part in an extra-curricular music ensemble. Guitarists, bassists and drummers are actively encouraged to form bands to put their training into practice.
A term normally consists of ten lessons. Students are expected to attend all lessons unless a valid reason is supplied. If a lesson has to be cancelled by the music, teacher, it will be rescheduled with the student for later in the year.
Bohunt School has 8 outstanding rehearsal studios available for students to hire after school or on Saturdays (between 10am and 3pm). Each studio is fully equipped with professional digital recording and sound production software and hardware. To Book a rehearsal room you need to come to the music block and see Miss Du Feu.
