Students at Bohunt Sixth Form, which is part of the high-performing Bohunt Education Trust (BET), are celebrating outstanding A Level results today, with half of all grades awarded at A*/A and 80% at A*-B.
These results have enabled students to secure places at some of the UK’s most prestigious universities, as well as progress into apprenticeships and other desired next steps.
We highly commend the accomplishments of our students who have worked tirelessly throughout their studies. A snapshot of this success includes:
So many of our students achieved outstanding results – almost a third of our cohort achieved straight A grades or above. Other students achieving at least straight A grades in 3 or 4 A levels are: Alex, Archie, Ben, Cara, Cecily, Charlotte, Connor, Elijah, Emilia, Harlan, Jemima, Josh, Krish, Peter, Pola, Rhonni, Rory, Sam, Scott, Stuart, Tom, Tom, Will and Zack.
These students will take up places at the UK’s top universities including Bath, Bristol, Durham, Exeter, King’s, Loughborough, Southampton, Surrey and Warwick.
Almost all students took up their first choice place at university with 61% attending Russell Group universities.
Bohunt Sixth Form offers inspirational opportunities for those who relish intellectual challenge and enjoy in-depth learning of subjects, supported by teachers who are experts in their field, and who know their students best. The Sixth Form also delivers an enrichment programme which offers a wide array of opportunities to stimulate and develop students both inside and outside the classroom.
The excellent results achieved once again follow Bohunt Sixth Form receiving high praise from Ofsted, judging the sixth form provision as “Outstanding”. Within the latest report, inspectors commended students for being “fine ambassadors” for the school and offering “inspiration” for younger students.
